Service specifics, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements between Roleless.ai and each client.

3. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Use our site in any way that could damage or impair its availability

4. Intellectual Property

For client projects: ownership of deliverables, including custom AI agents and automation workflows, is defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, clients receive full ownership of custom work produced for them upon final payment.

5. Client Engagements

All client projects are governed by individual service agreements that specify:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Confidentiality obligations
• Ownership of deliverables

These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific agreement. In the event of a conflict, the project agreement takes precedence.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may be subject to service suspension

7. Limitation of Liability

Roleless.ai provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for excellence in every project:

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue increases, cost savings) as results depend on many factors beyond our control
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

AI agents and automations are tools that augment business operations. They require appropriate oversight and are not a substitute for professional judgment in critical business decisions.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination:

• You retain ownership of all completed deliverables for which payment has been received
• We will provide reasonable transition assistance
• Confidentiality obligations continue

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
